A gentleman named Derek from the Driver Defence Team enlisted our help in creating an optimised user experience for his customers.
With their data already stored in SalesForce, we were happy to keep things straightforward and build upon the foundation already set. By extending the search functionality through Derek’s website, we made it so his clients could easily search for a case and keep updated on its status.
In the event that the status was unpaid, we set up an Authorize.net payment gateway. This allowed the client to make a secure online payment via CreditCard whilst the payment gateway processed the order in the background.
Beyond this, Derek wanted additional options added for the client. We advanced the usability by including the option to alter both processing and service fees, if so required at a future date.
Derek was a fantastic guy and our work together was smooth as you like. We were over the moon with his feedback on our Google business page and hope to work with him again in the future.
